The Backup of "Atlantic Business Network" can be takan similar as the two other sites.. Just go to the "Components" Menu and Select "Akeeba Backup", after opening or starting the Akeeba Backup just go to the "Backup Now" and Backup will start to develop.. How to manage it and download it ,,, just follow the other 2 sites videos for managing the backups.
